By installing or using OutViral, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the extension.

2. Description of service

OutViral is a Chrome extension that reads publicly visible post data on Instagram and TikTok to display outlier scoring badges. It does not scrape, store, or distribute platform data.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use OutViral to:

• Automate or bulk-scrape Instagram or TikTok data
• Violate Instagram's or TikTok's terms of service
• Resell or redistribute data obtained through the extension

4. Subscriptions & refunds

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Lemon Squeezy. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of purchase.

5. Disclaimer

OutViral is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Instagram or TikTok. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for changes to platform APIs that may affect functionality.
